C.S. Lewis said it best in his “Expostulation”:

Building (as though we care for size!)
Empires that cover galaxies,
If at the journey’s end we find
The same old stuff we left behind,
Well-worn Tellurian stories of
Crooks, spies, conspirators, or love,
Whose setting might as well have been
The Bronx, Montmartre, or Bethnal Green.

In other words, we don’t have to watch a SF show like Battlestar to see someone crying in his beer…or fighting with his wife.
Ohhh how I hated this episode. More so than any in the third season. And that’s saying something….
